Our Practice

Land Clearing Knoxville does not sell personal information to unaffiliated third-party data brokers or advertisers.

We do share your quote request information with the independent licensed clearing crew we match to your project so they can contact you and prepare a quote. This sharing is necessary to fulfill the service you requested and is not a "sale" in the traditional sense, but California residents may still have the right to opt out under CCPA/CPRA.

Your California Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you.
• Delete personal information we have collected from you (subject to legal exceptions).
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

How to Opt Out or Exercise Rights

Email contact@landclearingknoxville.com with the subject line "CCPA Request" and describe the right you want to exercise. We respond within 45 days.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide a signed written permission and verification of your identity.
