Land Clearing Knoxville is a local referral and advertising service connecting Knoxville-area homeowners, landowners, builders, and developers with independent, licensed land clearing, forestry mulching, and site-prep professionals across East Tennessee. We are not a licensed clearing contractor ourselves. Every project we route runs through a crew holding appropriate Tennessee licensure, general liability, and worker's compensation coverage.

• Written scope discipline — crews that quote by phone without a walk-through or refuse to put scope in writing don't get referred.
