Land Clearing Knoxville is a local referral and advertising service. We connect landowners in the Knoxville/East Tennessee area with independent, licensed land clearing crews. We do not provide land clearing services directly. All work is performed by independent contractors.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, price, or timeline for work performed by the crews we refer. All quotes, contracts, and warranties are between you and the contractor.
Quote requests submitted through the Site are free and non-obligating. Contractor walk-throughs and written quotes are provided at no cost to you. You are under no obligation to accept any quote.
Payment plans, when available, are offered directly by the assigned licensed contractor or their financing partner. Financing is subject to credit approval. See the Financing Disclosure.
You agree not to submit false or misleading information via the quote form, use the Site for unlawful purposes, or attempt to compromise the security of the Site.
All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Cosmic Phoenix LLC, Cheyenne, WY or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
