2. Coordinator calls or emails to confirm scope and schedule a walk-through slot.
3. The crew supervisor walks the property with you (typically within 3 to 5 business days) and gives you a rough scope and cost range on the spot.
4. Written quote follows by end of next business day after the walk-through.
5. You review, ask questions, and decide. There's no obligation.
6. If you go ahead, the crew handles permits (TDEC NOI, county grading permit, burn permit) before mobilizing.
7. Silt fence goes in first. Then clearing. Then stabilization. Then documentation package hands off to your file.
